In September 2023, Sri Lankan government faced a massive cyberattack. This attack caused a huge data loss in the LGC (Lankan government Cloud) network, Around 5000 emails and valuable data that belongs to a certain time period had been lost by the attack. With this incident we can understand the danger of cyberattacks. So that implementing proper cybersecurity measures will be required to protect or recover from these kind of attacks.
